SHOULDER SESSION
Available in 30' (Specific area)

After back pain, shoulder pain is the most common pain among the adult population. The shoulder is in fact a complex joint, and at the same time the tendons, muscles and ligaments that make it up work in a space of only a few centimetres.
If we add to this the fact that the shoulder has to work every time we use the arm, it is easy to understand why it is so common for pain to occur at some point in life. Shoulder pain can be localised, or it can spread and involve other parts of the body, radiating to the arm, neck, scapula or chest.

The times at which the pain appears and disappears may also be different. Depending on the pathology, the symptom may only be felt when the shoulder is in motion, or (as is often the case) at night, especially if one tends to sleep on the ‘unhealthy’ side of the shoulder.

Some patients, on the other hand, complain of constant pain, even when the shoulder is stationary and not being loaded. Along with other assessments, knowing the type of pain and knowing when it is experienced are useful clues for the specialist who must make the diagnosis.

Clearly, in addition to the symptom of pain, other symptoms may also appear, such as soreness, tingling, burning, swelling, heat sensation, joint rattling (noise that the shoulder makes when there is a problem mechanically) and limitation of movement.
In this session for the shoulder, precise mobilisations, stretches and pressure are used to unblock the affected area both anteriorly and posteriorly, trying to rebalance the joint and eliminate pain.

  • Release deep tension of the back and focus on the shoulders.
  • Release of endorfine
  • Attempt to removal pain caused by tension of shoulder inbalance
  • Attempt to removal pain caused by tension of the back
  • General revitalizing
