QI GONG AND TAIJI QUAN COURSE
The program that Holistic Hanami offers is a general study of various styles within various stages, with an emphasis on Qi Gong, Taiji Quan, and Traditional Chinese Medicine; it is designed first and foremost with the intention of minimizing any form of difficulty and making it as suitable as possible for both beginners and older students, but at the same time it is comprehensive in that it contains other movements from other styles that could enrich those who are more experienced.
It is riteuned extremely useful for having improved health in general and for anyone who wants to exercise without forcing their body too much.
